Peer Review Process

A: Methods of receiving scientific papers:

Scientific papers sent for publication in the form of an electronic version through the website:

There are some limitations in accepting the scientific paper of the journal, such as:

1)   The submitted paper agrees with the journal specified determinants (link to the palms field).

2)   Clarity of the goal and title of the research so that it can be placed under one of the journal’s chapters.

B: Preparing the paper for reviewing and sending it:

After receiving the scientific paper, we

1)   Remove the name, place of work and other identifications founds.

2)   Give code for the scientific paper according to the journal’s system.

3)   Send the scientific paper to a number of 2: 3 reviewers, attached with arbitration form, by magazine e-mail.

4)   The reviewers are notified of the appropriate period for arbitration throw the e-mail, which is two weeks.

5)   In the case that one of the reviewer delays in responding, the paper is sent to another reviewer in the same specialization.

6)   In the case that one of the reviewer refuses to review the scientific paper for any reason, it is sent to another reviewer at the same specialization.

Upon receiving the reviewers' response, which is:

1)   The paper is accepted without modifications.

2)   Acceptance of the paper with minor modifications.

3)   Acceptance of the paper with important and basic amendments to the paper.

4)   Rejection of the scientific paper and determination of the reasons for rejection.

Deal with The paper according to the reviewers' response as follows:

1)   In the case of response No. 1, the paper is prepared for publication directly in the magazine.

2)   In the case of response No. 2, the paper is returned to the researcher to implement the amendments sent by the reviewer, and when they are implemented, they are prepared for publication in the magazine.

3)   In the case of response No. 3, the paper is returned to the researcher to implement the amendments sent by the arbitrator, and when implemented, it is sent to the reviewer who requested these amendments again to ensure their implementation and to review the paper again and upon response with approval; the paper is prepared for publication.

4)   In the case of response No. 4 from one reviewer, the paper shall be send to another reviewer.

5)   In the case of response No. 4 from more than one reviewer, the person wishing to publish is informed of the reviewers’ and the magazine’s refusal to publish the paper for its unsuitability.

C: Preparing the paper for publication:

Upon completion of the previous steps, the person wishing to publish is informed of the acceptance of the paper for publication by e-mail and:

1)   Return the names and definitions in place of the code for the scientific paper.

2)   Format the text, figures and tables in proportion to the magazine specifics.

3)   Determining the location of the research paper in the appropriate chapter, number of pages and issue number.

4)   Send a final copy of the scientific paper as it will appear on the journal’s website to the researcher.
